You want to know about me? A lot of times I start these sort of things with some things I like to do and some of my preferences. For this I am going to start with the most important thing in my life…what I believe.

“Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.” Colossians 3:2-3

This verse in Colossians shows the way that I try to live my life. With the help of the grace of God I try to be more like Christ every day, loving God and loving others.

calvin college emblem I will graduate from Calvin College (Grand Rapids, MI) this December with a elementary teaching degree and minors in math and science education.
chicago cubs win I am a HUGE Chicago sports fan. Well, at least a fan of the Cubs, Bears, and Bulls.

I love chick flicks and musicals. Some of my favorite movies are the Notebook, Singin' in the Rain, Ever After, and West Side Story.
