The Villas
The Villas represents everything you can ask for in retirement or vacation living. We are located on the Virginia coast, right on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. All amenities are included. The Villas are fully-appointed, five-star living at its finest. We have three-bedroom and two bath units with spacious, modern kitchens and pantries. Laundry facilities are included. Two-car garages are standard, as are central air and gas heat.
The Moorings
The Moorings are the ultimate in luxury and convenience. In addition to all the amenities of The Villa units, The Moorings has a private boat slip and dock. Access to our private beach is seconds away. Your boat can be dry docked in winter at no additional charge. Seasonal pass to The Moorings Beach Club is prepaid. You are a member just by living in The Moorings. It's yours and yours alone.
The Landings
The Landings are our finest accommodations. All units are four bedroom, three-bath units. Some units also have a sunroom, library, and game room. A three-car garage is standard. Concierge and maid service is standard. There's nothing left for you to do except enjoy your life on the beach here at Sol Mer.
Come Visit Us
You can drop by Sol Mer anytime. Just do the following:
- Please sign in at the front gate. We are a fully-gated, private, secure residence community that caters to all your needs.
- Get your visiting pass. Follow the signs and park in the VIP Guest Parking.
